We offer full service repairs
on most bikes, no appointment necessary. Some repairs
may take more time than others, depending on parts
availability and seasonal demand.
New bikes purchased at our shop include one year
of free tune-up services, parts excluded. Tune-ups
include adjustments to the headset, bottom bracket,
front and rear brakes, hubs, and shifters. We also
torque the cranks, true the wheels, lubricate the
chain, inflate the tires, and follow up with a
test ride. The Bike Zoo covers all labor costs
on warranty issues (frames, components, etc...)
on bikes purchased from us.

the view of your front hub when riding? Or that you
must have two to three inches of clearance between
your midsection and the top tube for a bike to fit
properly? Well, we are here to dispell those myths
and offer a real solution to the fitting process.
Our fit professionals will find the correct frame
size for you based on your specific body dimensions.
We can also provide solutions to riders with improper
fit issues on their current bikes.
